The Bandyopadhyay Lab is in the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center at the the UCSF mission bay campus in the department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences.

Our lab focuses on approaches to map pathway rewiring in cancer and use them to identify therapeutic biomarkers and new synthetic lethal opportunities.
